This paper analyzes the evolution of case law in Turkey concerning compensation unlawful practices administrative detention. Such cases happen when implementation detention is terms right to personal liberty and security, or conditions are against human dignity. The follows an empirical analytical method as analysis built on decisions Turkish Constitutional Court (“CC”) individual applications judgments by local courts.
